Dear Members,
we are excited to share some thrilling updates about our group training sessions! Starting Tuesday, January 7, 2025, we are introducing a completely new schedule across all our centers.
What’s new?
Instead of the previous schedule, where the same sessions were held on the same days and at the same times, you’ll now have the opportunity to try different types of training at the same time slot each day!
For example: If you previously had only Pilates or Bodyweight at 5:00 PM, you will now have the opportunity to try a variety of programs during that time slot throughout the week.
Why are we changing the schedule?
- More variety for you: We aim to provide diverse programs for everyone, regardless of when you train. This will help you develop new skills and progress further.
- Alignment with our group: These changes are part of our efforts to adapt to the unified system of fitness centers across the region, ensuring top practices and standards.
Schedule and registration:
- The new schedule will be available at the reception, on our website, and in the app.
- Registration for training sessions opens 48 hours before each session.
- You can register for a maximum of 2 sessions within 2 days (1 session per day). Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the session starts.
Important rule:
If you fail to cancel your booking and do not attend the session, the system will automatically block your bookings for 5 days. However, you can still come to the session without a booking, but your spot is not guaranteed, and the trainer will allow you to join only if there are available spaces in the hall.
