Group workouts

Find a workout tailored to your needs from our extensive selection of group workouts, designed according to our members’ desires and contemporary trends.

ARMS/CORE

Dynamic and intense training lasting 45 minutes in which the emphasis is on strengthening arms and shoulders in combination with exercises to strengthen and stabilize core which promotes proper body posture.

CROSS

Intended for more experienced exercisers, this high intensity training where various props and free weights are used (kettlebells, medicine balls, stretching bands, core bags, TRX Rip, skipping ropes, steppers, etc.). Training that combines a short period of high-intensity work with a period of low-intensity work or rest. High-intensity intervals work around 90% of your maximum heart rate per minute, and recovery intervals are around 50% of your maximum heart rate. Due to the large number of variables and unlimited possibilities of combinations, cross training is extremely effective and interesting and enables the development of aerobic abilities, endurance and strength. It is excellent for burning subcutaneous fat.

CYCLING

Simple and fun, primarily aimed at developing the cardio-respiratory system, reducing subcutaneous fat and developing endurance and strength. This rhythmic and energetic training encourages the exercisers to get the most out of themselves every time.

FULL BODY

Medium intensity training suitable for all fitness levels. With this training we wake up the whole organism and prepare it for daily challenges. The training combines stability, mobility and strength exercises as well as exercises for the development of functional abilities.

PILATES

A form of exercise that improves flexibility, muscle strength and endurance of the abdominal, back, leg, arm and hip muscles. In Pilates, the emphasis is on the spine and pelvis, the development of trunk strength and proper breathing, coordination and balance. The exercises can be adjusted according to the level and capabilities of participants, given that there are beginner and advanced versions of exercises. It is also possible to increase the intensity of exercise, but the first place is always quality of performance.

POWER PILATES

Similar to traditional Pilates, Power Pilates is characterized by more controlled movements, slightly higher intensity and movement variations. At Power Pilates we often combine additional props such as light dumbbells, stretch bands, Pilates rings or foam rollers.

YOGA

"At THE Fitness HoB center we practice a form of exercise based on traditional Ashtanga yoga which provides us with original positions, sequences of movements, breathing and relaxation. A magical sequence of excercises is created by combining movements and positions that lead to development of strength and flexibility. Constant, yet light alternation of inhales and exhales leads to the synergy of mind and body which allows physical and mental tension release. Adapted to conditions and needs of modern man, through constant changes of dynamic and static positions power yoga combines different styles of yoga what makes every class different and more interesting."
